摘要 过去的25年中,美国在教育法律领域内取得很多突破性进展,立法系统与司法系统均对美国教育事业的成长和发展做出了重大贡献。文章主要涉及三方面内容:(1)学生档案管理,(2)伤残学生的教育,(3)伤残学生的民事权利。通过分析以上领域的相关联邦法律条款和归纳具有典型意义的法院判例进行历史性回顾。 During the past 25 years, America has experienced a dramatic developmen t in its educational legislation.Field It attributes to the great contribution o f both the legislature and judicial departments. This paper refers to 4 areas: ( 1) student records (2) the education of disable students (3) the civil rights of disabled students, and (4) school safety. Through the illustrations of the abov e areas, the paper analyzes the federal legislation and concludes some significa nt litigation.
