摘要
目的探讨结、直肠癌患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子和可溶性E-选择素水平的变化。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法测定42例结、直肠癌患者和20例健康对照者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子和可溶性E-选择素水平。结果①与对照组比较,病例组血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子和可溶性E-选择素的水平显著增高(P<0.01);②随Duke分期进展,患者血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子和可溶性E-选择素的水平逐渐增高,DukeD、C期分别与DukeB、A期比较有显著性差异(P<0.01和P<0.05);③病例组高、中分化组血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子和可溶性E-选择素的水平与低分化组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论血清可溶性细胞间粘附分子和可溶性E-选择素参与了结、直肠癌的侵袭转移过程,是反映结、直肠癌发生、发展和预后的重要指标。
Objective To evaluate the changes of soluble intercellular adhesion molecule (sICAM) and soluble E-selectin (sE-seletin) levels of the patients with colorectal carcinoma.Methods sICAM and sE-seletin levels of 42 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 20 healthy controls were measured by enzyme-linked immuno sorbent assay(ELISA).Results sICAM and sE-seletin levels of 42 cases of colorectal carcinoma were significantly increased compared with control group (P<0.01).sICAM and sE-seletin levels of 42 cases of colorectal carcinoma were gradually increased with the Duke staging progression,with the significant difference between Duke D,Duke C and Duke B,Duke A (P<0.01 and P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sICAM-1 and sE-seletin levels among the highly or moderately differentiated group and lowly differentiated group of 42 cases of colorectal carcinoma (P>0.05). Conclusion sICAM and sE-seletin are involved in the colorectal cancer invasion and metastasis,which is a useful index for reflecting pathogenesis,development and prognosis of colorectal carcinoma.
