Non-traditional Threat and Crisis Management of Enterprise

非传统威胁包括国际恐怖主义、非典型肺炎和金融风暴等企业危机的诱发因素,它具有非征兆性、不可抗力性和非普遍性,可能损坏企业形象,破坏企业生产力,降低企业利润。为了应对非传统威胁,企业应当大力加强危机管理,树立危机意识,建立预警系统,化解企业危机。

Non-traditional threats are some factors that would lead to enterprise crisis,including international terrorism, SARS and financial storms. Non-traditional threats possess some characters, i.e.non-omened,non-resisted and non-universal,it would spoil enterprise image,wreck enterprise capacity and reduce enterprise profit.In order to deal with non-traditional threats,the enterprise must exert itself to crisis management, i.e. to set up erect crisis consciousness, establish pre-warming system and resolve enterprise crisis.
