摘要
从经济学的角度分析建筑施工企业项目管理者——项目经理的行为模式,结合对我国现行施工企业项目经理监督机制的分析,得出了工程项目经理激励问题相对于传统的约束问题的优越性和可替代性的结论,建立了全新的工程项目经理激励制度安排与战略性绩效考核体系相结合的最优解。
The text analyses, in terms of economics, the behavior mode of the project administrator -project manager, and the current project manager's supervisory mechanism of construct enterprises in our country. All come to a conclusion that encouraging issue has the superiority relative to the traditional restrictive issue and could be its subslstent, sets up a optimum solution which is new incentive system plus strategic performance appraisal system.
