印度佛教雕刻是以各种“像”为主要载体,不同时期的“像”具有不同的风格特征,其造像依次经历“无像”,“隐像”及“有像”三个阶段;艺术风格依次经历希腊化风格、古典主义风格、巴洛克风格,印度佛教雕刻风格的形成受到佛教教义和社会环境的影响。

The figure of Indian Buddhism sculpture is' image', different character in different period, it had lived three period inturn:'no image','conceal image','imaged',and it's art styles had lived 'Graecism','classical-ism' , 'baroque'art styles. these had shaped because of Buddhism and social condition.
