摘要
文章认为,要提高藏族教师素质,须通过科研与培训结合,体制改革与考核结合,引进竞争和激励机制等,努力造就复合型与服务型藏族教师队伍。
To improve the quality of Tibetan teachers, we need to combine both scientific research with training, and education system reform with check. It's necessary to establish mechanisms of competition and encouragement. Try to bring up a Tibetan teachers' group with compound and service style.
