新一轮基础教育课程改革给教师素质提出了新的要求,也给教师教育带来了新的挑战,面对挑战,高等师范院校应在更新教育观念、重新设计培养目标、调整课程体系等方面进行改革,以适应中小学新课程改革的需要。

The new basic education curriculum reform brings new requirement for teacher' s quality and also brings great challenge for senior normal college. Facing the challenge, senior normal collegeue should be change the education concept to redesign the education projecdve and to adjust to curriculum system so that it can adopt the demand of the new curriculum innovation.
