摘要
商法与其他的国内法律部门相比,其国际性特征最为突出:商法在形成之初就带有国际性特征,后来发展为具有国际性的国内商法,现代商法又明显地表现出国际统一性的趋势,从而使商法的发展呈现出一个国际性的回归。
Commercial law itself has the internationalized characteristic. It is derived from the international law merchant at Middle Ages. It became the internationalized internal law after 1640, and at present, it tends to internationalized unification again.
