The online finance is the result that information technology of the network and modern finance combined together, which is the goal mode that financial circles developed in the future. The online finance has promoted the development and change of financial circles way and content, and make the traditional law face the enormous challenge too. The orderly development of the online finance depends on the effective legal structure, we should adhere to such principle as security and benefit, autonomy and country supervise, neutrality, open and compatible, and perfect and enrich the online financial law system.
