解放战争时期国共两党难民救济比较研究——以河北省为个案

On the Comparison of Refugee Relief between the Communist Party and the KMT during the Liberation War--Take Hebei Province as an Example

难民是弱势群体。解放战争时期河北省难民众多。以河北省为个案,通过对大量的档案和报刊等资料的深入分析,可以看出河北省国共两党政权难民救济存在的差异性。研究这一时期的难民救济,不仅可以了解当时的历史状况;也可为今天的救灾救济提供可资借鉴的经验。

There were millions of refugees who were the weak groups in Hebei Province during the Liberation War. The thesis will narrate how the Communist Party and the Kuomintang took some measures to relieve refugees, and narrate the discrepancy between the two , based on the analysis of lots of files, newspapers and periodicals. From studying refugee relief, we can not only know history better but also draw on the experiences for today's relief.
