摘要
为解决固体饲料酵母生产中原料利用率较低的问题,研究了培养基淀粉质原料的糖化处理工艺。应用该工艺后产品真蛋白含量由原37.0%提高到39.4%,Ty由8.7%提高到13.4%。
n order to resolve the problem that the rate of the raw materials utility is lower in the production of solid feed yeast,this experiment studies the saccharification technique of cultivating the raw materials of base starch. The content of pure protein of feed yeast has been increased from 37.0% to 39.4%, and Ty from 8. 7% to 13.4% after the utilization of the previous technique.
