发达国家危机管理机制与我国公共危机管理体系设计

Crisis Management Mechanism of Developed Countries and Design of Public Crisis Management System in China

近年来危机事件频发,危机管理已成为研究的热点。通过探讨危机管理的概念以及应对危机管理的生命周期理论和全面危机管理机制,从理论与实践两方面提出了发达国家的危机管理机制与危机应对策略。针对目前我国公共危机管理的问题与现状,借鉴发达国家的危机管理理论与实践经验,建立健全我国危机管理体系,提升我国危机管理能力。

Crisis events take place frequently in recent years and crisis management become a hot research field.The paper firstly discuss the concept of crisis management and the life recycle policy and the whole crisis management mechanism.And then it analysis the crisis management mechanism and strategy from of two aspects of theory and practice.Aiming at China’s public crisis management status quo,we use for reference developed countries’ theory and experience and design public crisis management system in China to advance crisis management ability.
