摘要
西部教育投资结构直接影响着西部地区乃至全国经济的可持续发展,西部教育投资比重及绝对量均偏低,三级教育投资结构中高等教育投入比重偏高,初级教育投入不足,根据市场经济条件下教育投资收益规律,指出西部教育投资的发展方向。
The structure of education investment of the West China can influence sustainable development of the region or all over the country, but both the proportion and aggregate amount of education investment of West China are very low.The higher education investment is on the high side,while the primary education investment is on the short side.Based upon analyzing of education investment,this paper offers some reference in theory and practical operation for education programming in West China.
