摘要
本文介绍应用Fortran语言编制程序,用以计算绘图所需的齿轮范成参数,并形成一个AutoCAD能接受的命令文件。然后用所编写的Auto,LISP程序实现刀具和齿坯的范成运动和刀具的切削运动。可实现任意模数、任意齿数、不同压力角及不同变位系数齿轮的切削仿真。
In this article the generation parameters of a gear needed in drawing are calculated by using a Fortran program and meanwhile a command file which can be accepted by Auto CAD is formed. And then an Auto LISP program is made to realize the generating movement of a cutting tool and gear blank and the cutting movement of a cutting tool, Therefore with the help of the result of the article the cutting emulation for any modules,any numbers of teeth and a gear under the circumstances of different pressure angles and different change -position coefficients can be realized
