磁处理水对家兔生殖影响的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨磁处理水对家免睾丸、附睾重量以及精子活力、沃纱、密度的影响。方法:新西兰雄性大白免36只,随机分为实验组和对照组。对照组饮用自来水,实验组饮用磁处理水,磁处理水每天更换,实验进行90天。光镜下检测每只家免附睾尾精子密度,精子活力,精子活率,最后将睾丸、附睾称重。结果:实验组与对照组比较,其睾丸附睾重量明显增加,精子密度增加14 % ,精子活力增加8% ,精子活率增加11% ,两组差异有显著性(P <0 .0 5 )。结论:实验结果提示饮用磁处理水能显著提高家免的生殖能力。 Objective: explore magnetized water to ribbit testis, epididymis in weight and spermatozoa vigor? vital force rate? density of an influence. Methods: New zealand of 36 male large white ribbit, random to part for experiment bundle and matched control bundle. Matched control bundle is to drinking tap-water; Experiment bundle is to drinking magnetized water, it magnetized water is each day instead, experiment to make is 90 day. On the light microscope to make detected each ribbit it tail of epididymis spermatozoa density, spermatozoa vigor, spermatozoa vigor rate, then is to take testis weighing. Results: compared to tap-water for matched control bundle with magnetized drinking water bundle have demonstrated a significant increase in a rabbit's sperm density, mobility, survival rate, and the weight of its testicular and epididymis. That spermatozoa density increase 14%, sperm vigor increase 8%, sperm vigor rate increase 11%, two bundle comparison have significant diffrential (P<0.05). Conclusion: experiment results is cue, that drinking magnetized water could significance improve fertility or procreate ability of ribbits.
