头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect observation of cefoperazone sodium therapy lower respiratory tract infection

目的:观察注射用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染的有效性和安全性;方法:80例下呼吸道感染患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组静脉滴注头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠2.0g,q12h,疗程7天,对照组静滴注射用头孢曲松钠2.0g,q12h,疗程7天;结果:治疗组和对照组治疗下呼吸道感染的有效率分别为95%和92.5%,细菌清除率分别为94%和95.7%,不良反应发生率为7.5%和5%,两组比较无统计学差异(p>0.05)。结论:头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染疗效高,安全性好。

Objective: observation injection use cefoparazone sodium to therapy lower respiratory tract infection of effective and reliability. Methods: 80 cases of lower respiratory tract infection patients random to part for therapy bundle and matched control bundle; Theapy bundle intravenous drip cefoparazone sodium 2.0g, Q12h, course 7 day, matched control bundle intravenous drip use seftriaxone sodium 2.0g, Q12h, course 7 day. Results: therapy bundle and matched control bundle to therapy loweer respiratory tract infection that effective rate to part for 95% and 92.5%, bacteria clearance to part for 94% and 95.7%, two bundle ill effect for 7.5% and 5%. Two bundle comparison No statistics difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: cefoperaxone sodium is therapy lower respiratory tract infection that effect hyper and better reliability.
