摘要
本文拟定了全纤维素的快速测定法。本法是将中性洗涤剂法与硫酸水解法加以改进、综合而成。方法简单、快速，不需昂贵仪器，且有较高的精确度，适合纤维类物料中的全纤维素的测定。尤其适用于发酵物中全纤维素含量及其变化的对比性研究。同时，探讨了水解时间、水解温度对分析结果的影响。
This paper drafts a quick determination method of whole-fiber. The method is achieved by improving and synthesizing the neutral detergent method and the sulphuric acid hydrolysis method. This method is simple and quick. It suits the determination of wholefiber of fibered materials with high accuracy and no expensive instruments. Furthermore it especially suits the contrast research on the content of whole-fiber in fermented materialsand its changes. At the same time, the effect of hydrolysis time and hydrolysis temperature on analvsis result is discussed.
