等同采用ＩＳＯ（９０００）系列标准，必然涉及到它与全面质量管理（ＴＯＣ）的关系问题。他们之间既有明显不同，又存在着内在联系。他们既不能相互包容，也不能相互取代。高层管理者必须认真处理好他们的关系，以便抓住时机，迎接即将来临的国际竞争。
The equal utilization of ISO9000 serial standards must be likely to concern the relation between them and total quality control(TQC). They are obviously different from each other and have internal relations with each other as well. They can neither involve nor replace each other. Senior managers must seriously handle their relation in order to seize the opportunity and meet the intrenational competition which is just around the corner.
