摘要
本文分析了交通运输对国民经济发展的重要作用，指出了我国交通运输业当前所存在的主要问题，由此而提出了加快我国交通运输建设，促进国民经济发展的主要措施。
This paper has analysed the essential function of communications and transportation to national economy development, points out some principal problems present in the trade of our communications and transportation.
