流化床生物质快速裂解制液体燃料

摘要 在流化床反应器内进行生物质快速裂解制液体燃料的研究。实验装置包括加热、反应、分离和控制等部分。设计生物质最大处理量为1kg/h。测定了常温时加入填料对流态化质量的影响。反应在常压和450℃~530℃内进行,以木屑为生物质原料,以氮气为流化气体,石英砂为加热介质。在适当的裂解条件下液体产率可达53%,气体和焦产率为16%左右。研究了反应温度,流化气体流量等对气液固产率及产物气相组成的影响。 This paper introduce the fast pyrolysis of biomass to prepare fuel oil. The experimental installation include a fluid bed reactor and other subsidiary units of heating,separation and controlling. The designed maximum capacity for this set is 1kg/h of sawdust as feeding material. Set out the impact of packing toward the quality of fluided state on high temperature pyrolysis fluid bed. The operation was carried out under atmosphere pressure and the temperature range of 430-530℃. N2 was as fluid medium to fluid, the sand which acts as heating medium to hear the feeding material , in optimal condition the yield of liquid product reached 53% and gas 16%. In addition,effects of operation paraments such as reaction temperature ,volume flow rate of fluidized gas ,feeding rate of solid material on the products,yield and their composition are also discussed .
