摘要
用气相色谱仪1.5%SP2250+2%QF-1色谱柱对苯甲腈,间甲苯甲腈两种组分同时进行定量分析(FID检测器)。内标选择正十五烷,该方法简便、快速、准确。本方法中苯甲腈,间甲苯甲腈的变异系数分别为0.37%和0.52%,回收率为99.86%和99.51%,线性相关系数分别为0.9997和0.9998。
A method is introduced for quantitative determination of benzonitribe m-tolunitrile in m-phthalodinitrile by gas chromatograph on 1.5%SP2250+2%QF-1 chromatographic column and FID using n-pentadecane as internal standard. The method was simple, rapid and accurate. The resalts showed that the coefficient of variation,average recovery and linear correlation of benzonitribe and m-tolunitrile were 0.37%,99.86%,0.9997 and 0.52%,99.51%,0.9998 respectively.
