本文认为，宏观调控理论是我国社会主义市场经济体制的重要组成部分。在我国，由于市场经济不发达，为推进我国粮食市场化、国际化进程，必须在树立新观念，建立新体制和实行现代营销方式的同时，自下而上地组建粮食行业商会，使之沟通政府与企业间的联系，是完善我国粮食市场宏观调控的重要步骤。否则，具有中国特色的粮食市场宏观调控体系就难以提前建成。

he article considers that the theory of macro-adjustment is an important component of our socialist market economic system. In China, market economy is not flourishing. And in order to propel the marketability and internationalization of grain in our country, we must set up chambers of grain trade commerce from the low level to the high one with a view to facilitating the relation between the government and enterprise at the same time when we should establish new concepts, build new systems and carry out modern marketing patterns. This is an important step in perfecting the macro-adjustment of grain market in China,otherwise, the adjustment system of grain market with China's characteristics is hard to fulfil ahead of time.
