摘要
何谓质量经营，它具有哪些特点，质量经营与市场经济之间存在着什么联系等问题，是当前我国质量管理理论界十分关注的新问题。本文研究了质量经营产生的背景，探讨了质量经营的内涵，归纳了质量经营的特点，分析了在市场经济条件下企业实施质量经营的必要性。并对我国企业推行质量经营问题，提出了看法和意见。
What is quality management? What characteristics is it possessed of? what relation does quality management have with market-directed economy? These questions are all new ones that the theoretical circles of quality administration in China follow with the greatest interest.t This article researches the background of the production of quality management, discusses the essence of quality management, sums up the characteristics of quality management and analyses the necessity of carrying out quality management in enterprise under the condition of market-directed economy. The author also puts forward some views and suggestions about the question ofcarrying out quality management in China's enterprise.
