通过调研，分析了现行饲料企业管理体制上存在的问题，指出并讨论了在饲料企业中实行“一条龙”管理模式的可行性和优越性，以及饲料企业管理模式的发展趋势。
Through investigations and studies the paper analyses the problem existing in the present system of feed enterprise management, points out and discusses the feasibility and superiority of the management pattern of 'a dragon' in feed enterprise and the developing trend of the pattern of feed enterprise management.
