不同品种紫花苜蓿根水浸提液化感作用效应的研究

Studies on Allelopathic Effects of the Aqueous Extracts of Roots of Different Varieties of Medicago Sativa L.

用10个紫花苜蓿品种的根水浸提液处理,初步探讨不同品种的紫花苜蓿对萝卜种子发芽和幼苗生长的化感效应及机理。结果表明,三德利、游客、艾丽丝、皇后等对受体幼苗及根生长影响方面均表现出浓度效应,说明化感作用的存在;且在适宜浓度水平下,这四个品种均对萝卜根伸长有明显的促进作用;同一处理浓度下,紫花苜蓿根浸提液对受体萝卜幼根和幼苗的生长及其体内SOD活性和POD活性的影响方面,品种间存在显著的差异。

A study of allelopathic effects and mechanism on seed germination and seedling growth of Raphanus sativus with the aqueous extracts of roots of ten varieties of alfalfa was conducted. The results indicated that the allelopathy of Sanditi, Eureka, Alize and Alfaqeen which are varieties of alfalfa existed. Their aqucous extracts can affect the seed germination and seeding growth and effect degree was obviously different among concentrations. In the feasible concentration, the four varieties obviously promote growth of the roots of radish. The effects on the seeding and root of radish is evidently different among varieties of alfalfa, So is the effects on the activity of SOD and POD.
