摘要
本文基于一般力学分析,建立了滚子链啮合时的力学方程,并首次提出了链传动传力包角和几何包角的概念。认为链传动发生爬链,跳齿的原因是传力包角大于几何包角的缘故。
On the basis of general mechanical analysis, the author has established roller chain gearing equations, put forward for the first time the concept of drive wrap angle and geometry wrap angle in chain drive, and believed that the reason why climbing chain and skipping chain occur is that the drive wrap angle is greater than the geometry wrap angle.
