民营经济已逐步成为我市经济发展最具活力的因素,成为改革开放和经济建设的主力军,但在发展过程中也存在一些制约因素。文章阐述了邵阳市民营经济的现状、民营经济发展的制约因素及对策。

Private economy has progressively become the most lively factor of economic development in our city, the main force of reform and open policy & economy construction, however, some restrictive factors also exists during the course of development. This thesis clarifies the present condition of private economy , restrictive factors & countermeasures of private econmic developent .
