Film in Digital Era——On Interaction of Rising and Old Intermediate in Digital Circumstances

提到数字时代,人们将更多的目光投向数字电视、计算机网络和一些新兴的媒介。在较少的关注电影的人群中,存在更多的却是对数字时代环境下电影生存状况的忧虑和担心。在学界和业界都有人认为电影会被新生的数字媒体所取代,它的生存岌岌可危。但是,笔者认为,电影除了是技术媒介之外,又是艺术手段。技术因素是电影存在的基础,但不是电影发展的决定性动力。在媒介技术不断进步的若干年里,各种媒体都有了相关的技术创新。但是,电视还始终是电视,广播始终是广播,而电影也始终是电影。

In digital era,digital TV,Internet and some other rising intermediate attract more attention.Among those concerning for film,much people are worried about its existence under digital circumstances,maintaining that burgeoning digital intermediate will take its place.However,the author holds that film is an art as well as a technologic intermediate.The technologic element is the existing basis of film rather than its decisive force of development.Although they enjoy technologic innovation in recent years,various intermediates will still be themselves.
