摘要
平板对峙试验显示,从油菜(Brassicanapus)叶、根和种子上分离到的14株内生球毛壳菌(Chaetomiumglobosum)对油菜菌核病原菌和立枯丝核菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,其中以种子上分离到的Dyst-1和MYNS-1的抑制作用最好。Dyst-1和MYNS-1的发酵液通过高压湿热灭菌和细菌过滤器过滤灭菌后,分别对所选用的几株植物病原真菌表现出抑制作用,特别是对油菜种传病害菌核病病菌。油菜内生球毛壳菌的详细抑菌机制需进一步研究。
14 strains of endophytic fungi Chaetomium globosum isolated from the leaves, roots and seed of rapeseed show different inhibiting effect to Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and Rhizoctonia solani on antagonism test. Among them, the effects of Dyst-1 and MYNS-1 isolated from seeds are best. Fermentation liquor of Dyst-1 and MYNS-1 treaded individually through autoclaving and filtering by germproofing filter indicates inhibiting effect to selected plant with pathogenic fungi, especially Sclerotinia sclerotiorum . The detail inhibiting mechanisms of endophytic Chaetomium globosum need further research.
