Industrialization level, government action, role of enterprise and the quality of teaching staff are key factors affecting the development of higher vocational education. Thus, in order to develop higher vocational education, we must speed up to realize industrialization, set up and perfect the investing guarantee system of higher vocational education, manufacturing, learning and researching, form double type teaching staff, strengthen the construction of experimental and practical drilling spot and emphasize skill training.
