基于跨国公司专利与标准日趋融合的最新发展趋势,在剖析典型案例的基础上,依据在技术标准战略的选择上后发国家的收益与风险完全正相关的基本规律,从我国的实际出发,提出由产业定位、时机选择、组合战略、市场战略和组织形态“五位一体”的中国未来技术标准发展战略。

Based on the most recent international tendency that the patent and standard are fusing day by day, and in light of the basic law that the risks and benefits of developing countries are completely positive related when choosing the technical standard strategy, from our country's reality and analysis of some typical cases, this article puts forward Chinese technical standard development strategy, which involves the industrial location, the opportunity choice, the combination strategy, the market strategy and the organization structure as is also addressed “Five integral whole” strategy.
