努力降低“过度学习”的影响——初中教学测验的命制策略与教学导向

Making Effort to Reduce the Effect of Over Studying——The Strategy of Designing Examinations and Teaching Direction in Junior Middle Schools

当前初中教学问题集中体现在简单以应试训练替代本质学习的“过度学习”现象的泛滥。因而要改进教学测验，调整教学导向，以降低“过度学习”的影响。初中教学测验的命制策略与教学导向主要有：要控制难度，保持稳定，适应学生的发展水平与现状；要依照课程标准，加强基础知识，重视核心知识与核心能力的掌握；要体现能力立意的思想，重视信息获取、归纳与表达能力的培养；要联系实际，注重知识的生活应用，以体现学以致用的原则。

At present, the problem that over studying resulted from simply using exam-oriented training to replace real study in junior middle schools is becoming more and more serious. Therefore we should change the teaching examination, adjust teaching direction so as to reduce the effect of over studying. The strategy of designing examinations and teaching direction of junior middle schools are mainly as follows:1. controlling the degree of difficulty, keeping stability, fitting for students' development and current situation; 2. strenthening the basic knowledge, paying attention to the grasp of key knowledge and competence in accordance with the curriculum standards; 3. reflecting the idea of testing students' competence paying attention to cultivating students' competence of getting information and inducing and expressing ability. 4. paying attention to real life use of knowledge in connection with the practice and reflecting the principle of studying for use.
