皮革工业“中间组织”的意义及其协调管理——从组织边界的演变看皮革工业的发展

摘要 从制革企业组织边界的演变分析入手,探讨了皮革工业组织形态变化的趋势,认为已经悄然兴起的“中间组织”使上、下游企业跨组织边界进行协调,不仅带来了垂直整合的效率优势,也增强了各方快速反应的弹性,其联动效应,有助于相关企业的持续创新和保有生产领先的地位。 Beginning from the analysis of the evolution of organizational boundar y in the leather industry, this paper explores the changing tendency of organiz ational form of the leather industry. The emerging 'hybrid structure' causes in ter-organizational coordination between vertical-associated firms. Not only can this kind of coordination bring the efficiency advantage of vertical integratio n, but also increase the flexibility of quick response of participants. With th is linkage effect, firms can facilitate continuing innovation while keeping th eir production advantages.
