摘要
针对目前变风量(VAV)空调系统参数整定困难,将模糊控制和常规PID控制相结合,提出一种基于模糊控制规则的模糊PID控制方法及模糊PID控制器的设计思路,并将其应用于VAV空调室温控制中.通过与常规PID控制器的室温控制仿真曲线比较表明:当条件变化时,模糊PID室温控制实现了参数在线自整定,取得了较好的控制效果;模糊PID控制动态响应快,控制精度高,超调量小,具有较强的鲁棒性;所需送风量更接近实际负荷的需要,达到了既舒适又节能的效果.
In VAV air conditioning systems, the performance gets worse when the parameters are beyond the normal ranges which lead to difficult setting of the parameters. Based on fuzzy control rules and combination of fuzzy control and routine control, the concept and design of the fuzzy PID controller are presented to control the indoor temperature in VAV air conditioning systems. The simulation results indicate that comparing with routine controller, fuzzy PID controller has fast response, small overshoot, high accuracy, strong robust and self-setting in line when the parameter changes. Thus, the inlet air amount is close to the actual load, and comfort and energy-saving can be achieved by using fuzzy PID controller in air conditioning systems.
