喀斯特石漠化综合治理效果的初步评价——以花江为例

Preliminary evaluation on effect of comprehensive control and restoration for Karst rocky desertification—a case of Huajiang area

对花江石漠化治理示范区3年来综合治理前后数据的调查结果表明,石漠化的综合治理措施在生态、经济和社会效益方面都取得了一定效果.根据石漠化的成因和治理目标,选择了8个主导因子,与其理想状态相比较,赋予因子不同的得分等级和权重,用因子评分法,对治理效果进行数量评价,按照因子的得分范围(＜20,20～40,40～60,60～90,≥90),将评价结果分为很差、差、一般、较好和很好5个等级.据此看出,治理前花江示范区评价为'差'等级,治理后上升为'一般'等级.分析认为,治理措施在短期经济效益有较好的效果,生态效益和社会效益有着良好的发展趋势,总体而言,综合治理措施具有较好的整体性和协调性.

The data collected during 3-years period of carrying out comprehensive control and restoration in Huajiang demonstration area showed that rocky desertification had a certain ecological, economical and social benefits.8 dominant factors were selected based on form cause and counter target of rocky desertification,enduing factors with different grades and weights compared with its prefect state,the evaluation effect of counter measure could be divided into 5 grades (worse, bad, general, good, and better), according to factors’ grade size(which are <20,20-40,40-60,60-90,≥90). The area is at bad grade before and at general grade after controlling of the desertification.This indicates that comprehensive counter measures have positive quick effect on economical,ecological and social benefits in short period.
