支持产品智能再设计的仿真分析方法研究

摘要 产品方案及结构的再设计需要多种知识和求解策略的支持。研究支持产品智能再设计的仿真分析方法,包括仿真建模、再设计建议的智能化生成及其实现。支持产品智能再设计的有效仿真模型应包含产品几何、结构关系、性能参数及环境条件等方面的完整信息;再设计建议通过对设计方案或结构的评价获得。研制实现框架式断路器智能再设计的原型系统。应用实例表明以产品模型为中心的仿真分析是支持产品方案及结构再设计的有效手段。 Redesign of product scheme and its structure needs a lots of knowledge and solution strategies to support. The method of simulation analysis was researched to support product intelligent redesign, which include simulation modeling, redesign propose intelligentized generation and its implementation. To support product intelligent redesign, the efficient simulation model should contain full product information, which is geometry, structure connection, performance parameter and environment condition etc. The redesign proposes were attained by evaluating product scheme and its structure. The prototype system was developed, which can implement intelligent redesign for universal circuit breakers. The instance shows that simulation analysis with product model is effective means to support product scheme or structure redesign.
