摘要
文章介绍了一种简捷的快速直线插补新算法,两个坐标轴可实现同时进给,插补速度较快,均匀性好,偏差判别式的计算方法简单。并通过符号变换,将二三四象限和坐标轴上的直线插补统一转换成第一象限的直线插补,避免了以往不同象限直线插补的复杂象限判断。提出了一种新的方法判别终点,解决了处于判断条件边界位置时直线插补的终点可能出现的误判问题。
A brief and fast new line interpolation arithmetic is proposed in this article. Two axes can move at the same time and the interpolation has fast speed and good uniformity. The calculation of windage discriminant is simple. Lines in the second, third, forth quadrants and coordinate axes lines can be coverted into line interpolation in the first quadrant by sign switch, which avoid complex quadrants judgement of different line interpolations。A new end-point distinguish method is applied, which solve the error end-point distinguish when the interpolation is in boundary distinguish condition.
