摘要
组合夹具是解决小批量多品种、生产柔性化的有效手段,计算机辅助组合夹具设计是先进制造系统发展的必然要求。在现有夹具设计方法的基础上,建立计算机辅助组合夹具设计(CAMFD)系统的架构,并提出参数化的组合夹具元件建模技术以及基于粗糙集知识发现的组合夹具设计技术。并以槽系要素的组合夹具为实例证明了系统的实用性和有效性。
Modular fixtures are mostly used in industry for jobs and small batch production, which adopt to advanced manufacturing system. Based on the popular fixture design methods, the system of computer aided modular fixture design (CAMFD) is developed. The module fixture modeling technique of parametric and characteristic and the Rough sets-based fixture knowledge discovery technique is proposed. An example of modular fixture design of slot part is presented to illustrate the methodology.
