落地镗床电气控制系统设计

摘要 文章介绍了用西门子S7-200PLCCPU226改造落地镗床T6220的设计方法和实现过程,应用矩阵扫描输入技术扩展PLC输入点使之满足要求,利用PLC之间PPI串行通信技术实现按钮箱的操作功能,采用伺服控制技术代替进刀油马达实现进刀系统的无级调速。改造后电气控制系统的可靠性、稳定性都得到了极大的提高,镗床的加工精度得到了提高,操作环境得到了改善。系统的改造成本低、周期短,对同类设备的技术改造具有较高的参考价值。 This paper introduces the designing and realization method applying SIEMENS S7-200 PLC to the electric control system of ground borer. Enlarged PLC input point with matrix scanning method, realized button control with data serial communication between two SIEMENS S7-200 PLC CPU226s, the stepless speed regulating of cutter feeding system were realized with servo system. The real operation demonstrates that both electrical system reliability and stability were increased. The manufacturing precision and the operating environment were improved too. The transformation demands short period, low price, has high reference value for upgrading the old machine tool.
