机床产品协同数字化设计与制造关键技术的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在机床产品设计过程中只有多领域专家的协作,才能快速响应当今变化多端的市场需求,实现异地协同数字化设计、制造、管理是制造业发展的方向。文章在对机床产品协同设计与制造需求分析的基础上,建立了面向多领域协同工作的体系结构,并研究了协同环境下实现机床产品数字化设计与制造所涉及的基于STEP和XML的统一数据模型建立、基于网络的数字化设计功能组件、以及协同环境支持工具等关键技术,最后,开发了一个面向机床行业的数字化设计和制造的原型系统,并以某数控车床主轴箱为例,验证了该系统的实用性。 To quickly response the different kinds of today's market requirements, multi-fields experts must cooperate in the development of the machine tools, It is a vital direction for the manufacture industry to accomplish collaboration of digital design manufacture and manage in different places. The requirements of accomplishing collaborative work for the machine tools were analyzed, the system architecture of multi-fields cooperative work was established. The key technologies of realizing the system were studied ?which were the unified data model based on STEP and XML,the function components of digital design based on Web and the tools supporting collaborative environment. Finally, a corresponding prototype system was developed, an example of a main axis-box of NC machine tools was used to show the practicality.
