摘要 介绍了锅炉采用脱硝装置(SCR或SNCR)后,未耗尽氨气和烟气中三氧化硫反应产生的硫酸氢铵对预热器的影响,介绍了硫酸氢铵的形成机理,预热器内部堵灰的成因,以及采用搪瓷表面冷段传热元件、配置高压水冲洗设备、修改转子结构设计等对策。提供了冷段元件高度确定方法。 This text tells when the boiler mounted De NO_x device (SCR or SNCR), remained ammonia reacting with the sulfur trioxide and formed Ammonium Bisulfate, cause the problem of air preheater element surface fouling. Give the explain of the reason of the preheater plugging, and the experience of using enamel coating element as cold end heating exchanging surface, clean by a high-pressure water and steam dual-media soot blower, adjusting the inner structural of preheater rotor , etc. In the design of air preheater. Give the principle of determine the height of cold end element layer.
