摘要
黑液———KP法制浆工艺的主要副产品,已成为美国和北欧最重要的工业燃料之一。尽管黑液在余热锅炉中的燃烧应用已有大半个世纪,但有关如何提高燃烧效率及其污染控制、排放的研究却是近年来才发展起来的。先粗略介绍了KP法制浆过程及黑液燃烧过程,简单回顾了近年来国外在黑液燃烧模型领域的研究进展,并就黑液与其它燃料的比较,分析其燃料特性。
Black liquor, the major by-product of the kraft process for production of pulp, is one of the most important industrial fuels in America and North Europe. Even though black liquor combustion in recovery boilers has been practiced for over half a century, research efforts toward improvement of combustion efficiency and abatement of environmental emissions are much more recent. At first, this paper gives a brief description of the kraft process and black liquor combustion process, and reviews recent research advances on black liquor combustion modeling abroad, then analyses its fuel characteristics on the basis of comparison between black liquor and other fuels.
