我国军费规模及增长问题理论研究述评

A Theoretical Research Survey on the Issue of Scale and Increase of Our Country's Military Expenditure

自十一届三中全会以来,我国军事经济理论研究取得了丰硕的成果。其中,关于军费规模及其增长问题已形成较为成熟的理论体系。最近几年,随着我国安全环境的变化和国防战略调整,军费规模与增长再次成为理论界关注的热点问题。本文通过总结理论界关于军费与经济增长的关系、军费合理规模的确定、军费增长模式、军费规模与增长的特点以及军费增长预测等研究成果,试图为应对新军事变革挑战,进行军事经济保障理论创新提供一些借鉴。

Since The Third Plenary Session of the 11th Central Committee o f the Communist Party of China, the military economic research fruits in our count ry have been plentiful and substantial. Among them, there comes to be a mature t heoretical framework on the issue of military expenditure amount and increase. I n recent years, along with the changes of national security environment and nati onal defense strategy adjustment, the issue of military expenditure amount and i ncrease comes to be theoretical hot issue. This article summarizes the theoretic al research fruits on the military and economic growth, the determination of re asonable military expenditure amount, the characteristics of military expenditur e amount and increase as well as military increase forecast, tries to supple som e reference to cope with the challenge of new military revolution and carry out military economic safeguard theory innovation.
