摘要 随着竞争加剧,逆向物流在企业运作中的作用日益增大。本文阐述了逆向物流的范围和特点,分析了基于信息技术的逆向物流流程,构建了基于信息技术的逆向物流实施网络,并指出了进一步的研究方向。 According to the increasing competitions, reverse logistics(RL) plays a more and more important role in business operation activities. In this paper, the range and characterization of RL are analyzed, the process of reverse logistics based on information technology is studied, the network of reverse logistics based on information technology capabilities are founded, and the trend of research is pointed out, too.
