免疫球蛋白样转录物3,4与移植耐受的关系
摘要
免疫球蛋白样转录物3和4是表达于单核细胞、巨噬细胞和树突状细胞表面的一种抑制性受体,在耐受性树突状细胞及抑制性T细胞级联的形成中起着非常重要的作用。研究它们的功能将有助于了解免疫耐受及移植耐受的机制,并寻找一条新的减轻移植排斥反应的途径。
