蛋白芯片技术及其在血液病中的应用

摘要 蛋白质微阵列是既基因芯片技术之后又一重大的技术突破。它在蛋白质组学的研究中将起重要作用,可以用于疾病基础研究、诊断、疗效监测等方面。它具有高通量、自动化、灵敏度高和可用于多元分析等优点。本文就蛋白芯片原理、相关的制备方法与检测技术及其在血液病中的应用等方面进行了综述,并对现阶段该技术存在的不足和发展前景进行了讨论。
