ABO血型不合的心脏移植后移植物组织血型由B型转变成O型1例

摘要
一例血型为O型的患者在意外地接受了供者血型为B型的心脏移植近5年后,患者由于移植物血管病变而死亡.在移植后44个月期间,应用了免疫组织学的单克隆抗体技术,对同种移植心脏的血管内皮细胞表达的ABO血型抗原进行了监测.结果显示移植物内皮细胞血型抗原逐步从B型转变为O型.移植物的这种血型抗原变化在术后的第14个月被发现,在观察的后期这种变化尤其明显.观察表明植入患者体内的同种心脏内皮的血型物质在移植后1年开始由B型转变成患者自己的O型,并在移植后44个月,最终完全转变成O型.
