Development and Estabishment of Global Adverse Events Following Immunization Surveillance System

预防接种副反应(AEFI)是指预防接种后发生的、被认为由预防接种引起的任何医学事件。随着全球及我国疫苗生产工业及免疫规划项目的发展,疫苗的使用量及使用种类不断增加,在预防传染病的同时,由于疫苗或预防接种引起的副反应也日益受到社会各界的关注。世界卫生组织(WHO)及各国都在加强与开展疫苗安全性监测系统方面做了很多有益的工作,对监测系统的数据进行科学分析有助于帮助公众理解预防接种副反应,规范预防接种的操作过程,减少因预防接种副反应造成对免疫规划项目的负面影响。

Adverse Events Following Immunization (AEFI) is a medical incident taking place after immunization, and is been believed to be caused by the immunization.Along with the progress of the vaccine production industry and immunization programme in the world,the quantities and types of vaccine usage increased gradually.Adverse events induced by vaccines have been received more and more attention of the society.WHO and many countries have contributed a lot in establishing and strengthening the surveillance of vaccine safety.Scientific analysis and interpretation of adverse events are helpful for the public to understand the adverse events following immunization,to standardize the process of vaccination,and to decreased the negative influences of the events to the immunization programme.
