摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停是一种常见病,在治疗手段方面,常使用口腔矫治器使患者下颌前伸,从而达到开大和稳定气道的目的。该文介绍了利用计算机来控制口腔矫治器的方法,其中,传动装置部分主要论述了采用液压传动的闭环控制,即增大了系统的输出力,又使下颌的前伸量得以精确的控制。控制部分则利用PC机控制单片机,间接控制步进电机来驱动传动装置的方式。
Obstructive sleep apnea is a common illness. Mouth cavity correct apparatus is always applied in driving mandible to protrude. This article introduces the method of using the computer to control mouth cavity correct apparatus. In driving device the closed loop controlling of hydraulic transmission is used. It not only enlarges the system power but also controls accurately the mandible displacement. In controlling device, Single-chip Microcomputer to control the step motor is used.
