摘要
目的:为了确定海洋动物中次生代谢产物的结构多样性和化学生态关系,对中国南海海绵Jaspissp.的化学成分进行了分离纯化和结构确定。方法:采用多种层析手段进行分离纯化,应用波谱分析技术(包括IR、MS、2DNMR等),并结合文献对照,对所分离到的化合物进行了结构鉴定。结果:共分离得到8个异臭椿类三萜化合物,其结构分别确定为:stellettinA(1),B(2),C(3),D(4),H(6),I(5),rhabdastrellicacidA(7),geoditinB(8)。结论:首次从中国南海海绵Jaspissp.中获得异臭椿类三萜化合物2~8,归属了它们的1H和13C数据,并探讨了C13的构型与波谱特征,同时推测了该类型三萜化合物之间的生源关系。
AIM: To search for the chemical diversity and the ecological relationship of marine organism,the marine sponge Jaspis sp.was collected from Hainan Island,south China sea. METHOD: Silica gel chromatography in association with reverse phase semipreparative HPLC were performed for the isolation and purification of the chloroform extracts,and extensive spectroscopy including 2D NMR spectra as well as the comparison of the spectral data with those reported in literatures were applied for structural elucidation. RESULT: Eight isomalabaricane triterpenes stellettin A(1),B(2),C(3),D(4),H(6),I(5),rhabdastrellic acid A(7), geoditin B(8) were obtained from Jaspis sp. CONCLUSION: Compounds 2~8 were isolated from the genus for the first time, the 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR data of those 1~8 were assigned by using 2D NMR spectroscopic analysis, and the biogenetic relationship of those compounds were speculated.
